Australia-wide delivery
Orders are prepared locally and normally carried by Australia Post. Tracking information is supplied after dispatch so customers can follow the available carrier updates.
Delivery availability and timing can depend on the destination, address accuracy, carrier network and stock status.
Before dispatch, an order may be reviewed for payment status, product availability, selected quantity and delivery information. It is then packed and transferred to the carrier.
Most Australian orders arrive in approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Regional or remote destinations may take several additional days because they can involve longer transport routes or less frequent local services.
Tracking information is provided when the order is shipped. The first carrier scan may not appear immediately after the shipping notification.
Use the newest Australia Post tracking event as the current delivery reference. If the record has not updated for an unusual period, contact support with the order number and tracking reference.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Review the recipient name, street information, suburb, state and postcode before placing the order.
Contact TSGtobacco as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. A destination change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Carrier congestion, public holidays, severe weather, regional transport conditions and incomplete delivery information can affect timing.
A delayed tracking event does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost. Allow the carrier time to complete the next network scan.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photographs before removing or discarding anything. If tracking shows an unusual delay, save the latest carrier update.
Use the Contact Us page and include the order number, tracking reference and relevant photographs.
Send one complete message containing the order number, delivery postcode, tracking reference and the specific point that needs review.
